Judy is originally from London, England and was educated at England's Northwood College For Girl's where she studied for a business major.
She moved to California with her family in 1977, where her father, a former professor at London University, accepted a professorship at UCLA. Judy has been in real estate for nearly 20 years and belongs to Conejo Valley-Simi Valley -Moorpark and San Fernando  Association of Realtors, and is an active volunteer in community projects, supported by local real estate groups.
